1. Don’t stop... manage your fear, guilt and shame.
2. Understand even your employees are human and will make mistakes.
3. You can’t just be a researcher you have to make a decision to do something, you have to shoot the gun.
4. Look for business relationships that will have longevity, Go into business relationships that you only want to end a partnership if the person dies or retires.
5. Study your market and understand what is being offered by competitors around you. Go out and see whats’s happening in the neighborhood and research the cost of goods.
6. Ask about both sides of what if, what if something goes wrong and what if something goes right.
